The best method for verifying the size that will best fit your hand is to wrap a tape measure around your knuckles or the widest part of your hand and make a loose fist. Round that measurement to the nearest inch. 8" would be for small, 9" Medium, 10" Large, 11" XL, 12" 2XL.
