ATTENTION: RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE "RMA" NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED BY THE WAREHOUSE. PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR USE THE CONTACT US FORM TO RECEIVE YOUR RMA NUMBER. THANK YOU.
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. Therefore we will gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days of its receipt, provided that they are in new, unwashed condition with the tags attached.
Did we goof? Please notify us within 10 days of any discrepancies in your received order so that we can fix the problem ASAP. If we made a mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Shipping Your Return
Please ensure your shipment is pre-paid using a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
