Shipping Times: We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within two business days of their receipt. Orders
that select and pay for expedited shipping ship within one business day, though we strive to ship them the same day they are received.
Guaranteed UPS Ground: Live UPS Ground shipping rates are provided for orders amounting to $50 or more within the continental United States. Customers electing to utilize this method of shipment will ensure their order is processed via UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States is guaranteed NOT to exceed 5 business days in transit. This shipping method is insured by UPS and is fully traceable.
Super Saver Shipping: Tactical.com features free Super Saver shipping for orders amounting to $50 or more and shipping within the continental United States. Orders utilizing Super Saver shipping will be shipped via the least expensive method possible. Transit times may last as long as 10 business days in duration depending on the distance, carrier, and items purchased.
Standard Shipping: Orders amounting to less than $50 pay a flat rate of $4.99 and receive either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping depending on distance, carrier, and items purchased. The $4.99 flat rate is only applicable to orders destined within the continental United States. Transit times will typically not exceed 5 days.
Expedited Shipping: Tactical.com offers real time rates for UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air delivery methods. Customers electing to utilize an expedited shipping method receive a priority status for their orders. NOTE: Orders received after 1PM central time will not ship out until the NEXT business day.
International Shipping: Tactical.com is currently restricted from shipping small orders internationally. For large quantity orders, please inquire about worldwide shipping options by contacting us.
Alaska & Hawaii: Customers placing orders destined for Alaska or Hawaii have the option to select from USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping methods.
APO / FPO: Tactical.com ships to APO/FPO-based addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. The Military Mail system is notoriously slow and unreliable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Be sure to select the United States as your country when shipping to APO / FPO addresses.
PO Boxes: We do NOT ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking: Tracking numbers, if available, are emailed to you after your order ships.
Volume Purchase Orders: The free shipping offer only applies to customers paying full retail prices. Any volume discounted quotes received from Tactical.com will include an actual freight estimate.
USPS: When shipping via the USPS we do so using only Priority Mail with both insurance and signature confirmation options. This increases the cost over standard Parcel Post.
Backorder Shipping: The moment your backorder becomes available we will ship it out to you directly from the manufacturer via UPS Ground for no additional charge. |
